From our initial meeting we will work with you and strive to understand what it is you want to achieve from your event. We will then put together a creative concept and realistic budget with the flexibility to satisfy your changing requirements.

Working alongside you we will manage all aspects of your event, from concept, theme, venue selection, layout, venue transformation, audiovisual, audio, multimedia, invitation and program design, design and build of stage sets, production schedules, run sheets, floor plans, scripting, entertainment and the list really does go on.

Most importantly, we will be in attendance at your event.  An experienced Event Producer will call the show, liaising with all key people to ensure the event is seamless, thus allowing you to actually enjoy the event.

Depending on your requirements, we can also provide a Stage Manager, Production Manager, Site Manager and Food & Beverage Manager. We can manage as much or as little as you require and you can be closely involved or, if you prefer, watch from the sidelines as your event unfolds.

We don’t consider our job complete when your event ends.  We will arrange a debrief and send you a post event report which offers recommendations for your next event.
